Our Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason, you're not satisfied with a purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund within 30 days.
Please send returns to the shipping address included with your order. Please be sure to pack your item carefully, in the original packing if possible. Gifts may be returned for a store credit or refund to the original purchaser only. Refunds will be made for the purchased amount of the product only. Shipping costs will not be credited or refunded. We are unable to refund personalized and engraved items.
We ship using U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail and FedEx. Priority Mail orders are shipped to most US addresses in 2-4 days. Global delivery is also available, but may take longer. If you place an international order and the address doesn't fit into the form, please include the mailing address in the comments field and we will provide you a shipping quote. International FedEx charges are VERY high, $60 plus. If you need it that quickly, please ask us to confirm shipping costs before sending your order.
To enhance security when using credit cards on the Internet, we prefer to ship packages to the billing address of your credit card. We will ship to a different address (for gift delivery) as long as the credit card company can confirm your billing address. We also require that you sign for your package when it is delivered. These extra steps help us ensure that your credit and identity are protected on the Internet. We may delay your order if anything about it seems suspicious.
Buyer Protection Program
Tear Catcher Gifts is pleased to protect all of your purchases from fraud with the Yahoo! Stores Buyer Protection program. Every purchase on our website receives this service free of charge. Lloyd's of London insures purchases of up to $750 in the event that you are charged for an item that is not received or you receive an item that is materially different than what is described. Claims must be filed with cynoSure Financial, our claims administrator, within 60 days of the purchase. There is a lifetime limit of two claims per user on items purchased through Yahoo! Shopping. Changing your order
You can change or cancel your order if we have not yet shipped your order. If you ordered online, send an email to email@example.com
. Be sure to include your full name and address information, as well as your order number. Please provide complete details on the item that you would like to change or cancel.
At this time we support online sales primarily in America, Canada and the United Kingdom. If you are located in any other country and would like to purchase our products, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
. We will be happy to discuss your order. We cannot calculate shipping estimates for shipments outside of the USA online, but we can provide an estimate by email if you send us the address.
